BADAC ACTIVITY REPORT
ACTIVITY TITLE: Anti-Drug Awareness Training for House Cluster Leaders and BADAC Auxiliary
Team.
DATE: October 16,2021
VENUE: Multi-purpose hall, Lucog, Tabuk city, Kalinga
TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: 65 pax
RATIONALE: The proliferation and use of illegal drugs hamper over-all efforts aimed at promoting
productive family life, community peace and harmony and ultimately, nation building and national
development. Relative to the above, and to ensure effective public-private sector partnership in addressing the
drug menace, there is a need to conduct an Orientation and Oath-taking ceremony to come with the guides to
actions to help address the proliferation and use of illegal drugs that will further strengthen existing efforts on
illegal drug prevention and control.
OBJECTIVE/S:
1.To orient the House Cluster Leaders and BADAC Auxiliary Team on their roles and functions on
Anti-Drug Programs of the Barangay;
2. To establish partnership with the NGOs/CSOs in implementing programs, projects and activities that are
necessary to prevent drug proliferation
3. To orient BADAC Members on Barangay Drug Clearing Operations;
4. To reiterate to the participants the importance of BADAC functionality since curving the problem at the
community level would help address social problem such as drug dependence and drug proliferation.

OUTPUTS OF THE ACTIVITY: The action plan of house cluster leaders and barangay auxiliary
team was crafted; the participants were given a feedback form to fill-up after the orientation to help
the barangay in assessing whether the activity was successful in fulfilling its objectives. As a result, it
has been found out that the thirty (65) participants who participated in this activity learned their
duties and functions. The partnership between the Non-Government Organization, CSOs, People’s
Organization and barangay officials towards attaining a peaceful, crime and drug free community was
strengthened.
RECOMMENDATION/LESSONS LEARNED: Each House Cluster Leaders shall be responsible on
their respective clusters. The BADAC Auxiliary Team shall report to the BADAC suspected drug
dependents, pushers and other illegal drug-related activities in their areas. The BADAC Vice
Chairperson shall directly coordinate with the House Cluster Leaders and BADAC Auxiliary Team on
drug-related matters to be reported to the BADAC Chairperson.

ACTIVITY TITLE: BADAC Consultative Meeting
DATE: January 9,2022
VENUE: Multi-purpose hall, Lucog, Tabuk city, Kalinga
TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: 50 pax
RATIONALE: The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council Committee with the following composition and
functions as Stipulated in DILG Memorandum Circular 2015-63.
OBJECTIVE/S: To assemble the reorganized committee of BADAC in the barangay with the
presence of stakeholders such as NGOs, people’s organizations, and other private entities to
reactivate BADAC in Barangay Lucog.
OUTPUTS OF THE ACTIVITY:
Stakeholders pledged their commitment to completely eradicate drug use, abuse, and selling in the
barangay by being vigilant and active members of the BADAC.
Recommendation/Lessons Learned:
Seminars or trainings about BADAC or anti-drug related topics should be given to the members of
BADAC and residents at risk of drug abuse such as the youth.

BADAC ACTIVITY REPORT
ACTIVITY TITLE: Anti-Drugs Information Education Campaign
DATE: November 17,2021
VENUE: Lucog Gymnasium, Lucog E/S, Lucog, Tabuk city, Kalinga
TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: 81 pax
RATIONALE:
Drug Prevention Campaign in the Philippines was designed to contribute in the reduction on intake of
illicit drugs among all sectors of society by raising the public’s awareness and participation. The
program is designed to educate the public of the different kinds of illegal drugs and issues associated
with it. Relative to the above, and to ensure effective public-private sector partnership in addressing
the drug menace, there is a need to conduct an Anti-Drug Campaign Rally to come with the guides to
actions to help address the proliferation and use of illegal drugs that will further strengthen existing
efforts on illegal drug prevention and control.
OBJECTIVE/S:
1. To promote the participation of local institutions particularly the youth in the suppression in
illegal drugs;
2. To raise the awareness of the community regarding the ill-effect of drug addiction;
3. To work hand in hand for the welfare of the future generations and to continue to fight against
drug addiction.
OUTPUTS OF THE ACTIVITY:
The Anti-Drug Campaign Rally is considered successful since it was participated by the youth & NGOs
in the barangay. After the said IEC the BADAC in cooperation with the youth initiated the posting of
the anti-drug campaign posters in different areas in the barangay special in their respective schools.
Recommendation/Lessons Learned:
The BADAC learned that despite of the serious problem of the society with regards to the
involvement of some youth in illegal drug activities, majority of the youth in the barangay are very
cooperative & supportive in the implementation of such activities. The members of the BADAC
therefore believed that such activity is effective strategy to combat against drug proliferation.

ACTIVITY TITLE: KKDAT CLUB AND 4-H CLUB LUCOG DRUG AWARENESS CAMPAIGN ACTIVITY

TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: 81 pax
RATIONALE:
Designed to empower the students and youth sectors to become proactive partners of the Government in the
nationwide campaign against illegal drugs through PNPs recovery and wellness program and anti-terrorism
through E.O 70.
OBJECTIVE/S:
1. Aimed to Organize A Youth Movement that encourages and strengthens the Youth’s ability in
suppressing the illegal drug and terrorism in the country;
2. The program aims to give better awareness to the students on the disadvantages and the ill-
effects of illegal drugs and the deceptive propaganda of the communist terrorist group as the youth
being the lead;
3.KKDAT and 4-H club will be the stewards in the implementation of programs that empower the
youth to create and develop an organized and safer country to live in.
OUTPUTS OF THE ACTIVITY:
The Barangay Lucog Youth movement was able to give lecture on anti-illegal drugs wherein most of
the youth were able to distinguish and educated on the negative impact of illegal drugs in their life;
The KKDAT Club of Lucog was organized; The 4-H Club and KKDAT club of Lucog has prepared joint
plans and activities in combating anti-illegal drugs.
Recommendation/s:
Seminars, trainings and retreats about BADAC or anti-drug related topics should be given to the
members of the KKDAT and 4-H Club to broaden their knowledge on illegal drugs.

TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: 30 pax
RATIONALE: The International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, or World Drug Day, is
marked on 26 June every year to strengthen action and cooperation in achieving a world free of drug
abuse.
OBJECTIVE/S:
1.To address drug challenges in health and humanitarian crises within the Barangay level.
2. To ensure access to controlled medicines, guaranteeing evidence-based care, treatment
and services, and preventing negative coping behaviors through support of family and the
community.
OUTPUTS OF THE ACTIVITY:
The BADAC was able to give Information Education Campaign on the objectives of the International
Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT); The participants were able to be informed
on the activities, plans and programs of the Government against Drugs.

RATIONALE:
Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 124, dated November 26, 2001, the third week of
November has been declared as Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Week to promote public
awareness against the evil effects of illegal drug use as well as encourage public cooperation in the
anti-drug campaign.
OBJECTIVE/S:
1.To promote public awareness against the evil effects of illegal drug use as well as encourage public
cooperation in the anti-drug campaign;
2. To emphasize the importance of combating disinformation campaigns about illegal drugs that can
harm the public;
3. a vital call action to mitigate the negative impact of false information, bolter public’s knowledge to
make them less susceptible to the myths and inaccuracies surrounding illegal drugs, and intensify
their resilience against the influence of drug use.
OUTPUTS OF THE ACTIVITY:
The BADAC was able to invite the PDEA, PNP, KKDAT Club, 4-H Club to give lectures, symposiums,
IECs and other related activities with regards to drug awareness and effects, wherein the CSOs,
Barangay Based Schools, Youths and the community has gladly participated and educated on the
Governments fight against illegal drugs throughout the country.
