BADAC Minutes of Meeting January2024

1. The BADAC meeting was held on December 15, 2023 from 9:40 AM to 10:25 AM at the Barangay 29 Session Hall. It was facilitated by the appointed OIC Punong Barangay Hon. Griderick Alila. 2. The agenda discussed the structure of BADAC Barangay 29 under the new overall chairman Punong Barangay Hon. Leonard Pascua. Safety, peace and order in the barangay is important. 3. Coordination between the barangay tanod and police authority was emphasized to continue night patrols and monitoring of crimes that could occur at dawn. Monitoring of illegal drugs and preparation for drug clearing was also discussed.

3. Setting of BADAC Meeting Date & Time

The BADAC meeting Started at 9:40 in the morning with a prayer led by Spiritual Leader Anita Degomon. Agenda was
presented by the Barangay Secretary to the BADAC Council. Appointed OIC BADAC Chairman Griderick Alila lead the
meeting with the first agenda the Structure of BADAC BARANGAY 29. He discussed the new composition of BADAC
Barangay 29 headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Leonard Pascua as Over-all Chairman

After the discussions of the BADAC agenda, the BADAC chairman thanked everyone for the cooperation in the
campaign of the barangay against illegal drugs. Safety, Peace and Order in the barangay is important. Coordination in
the Police authority was instructed to the Barangay Tanod and continue its roving during night time and as much as
possible during dawn where crimes may suddenly occur.

The meeting ended at 3:15 in the afternoon with a snack.
