LEARNING FEEDBACK DIARY

Objective of the day

-Tour
-Orientation
- Checking of attendance
- Checking of paraphernalia

Brief Description
- I arrived at Salubris at 258 pm and I was running until I reached our designated room. As usual, Ma’am Thelma
checks again our paraphernalia and our attendance. Before we go to salubrious Ma’am Thelma send the plan of activities to
our GC. Another day another patient since some of our patients are in the Isolation room and some requested not to be
disturbed. My new patient is pregnant and my partner was Jhastine. After Ma’am distributed our new patient she let us meet
our patient. I and my partner were nervous but we have no choice so we knock on the door, asked permission to enter and
we established NPI. We also informed the patient that we will get her vital signs at 530 pm. After we visited our patient and
establish NPI my group does the chart reading again and Ma’am Thelma told us to choose 2 drugs for our drug study.
Ma’am Thelma also assigned our cases for our ICS which became by pair because we are lacking patience. My pair was
Sherlyn and our case was a pregnant female with typhoid fever. But the nurse told us that our patient is confidential so we
excluded it. And we need to find again another case for our ICS. At 645 we had our dinner after our dinner ma'am Thelma
told us to look for one problem in the patient's chart and make an NCP. At 6 pm I and Justine prepare the medicine for our
patient after preparing we went to her room and before giving th medicine we explained the action of the medicine.
