ACTIVITY 1: SELF EXAMINATION

Activity 1.a. What is the “Self”?

Self is what you call “you”. It is the individual from which your consciousness is reflected and it
is also the sense of who you are. It can also be defined as your Identity. However, most of the
time it can be referred as your body and sometimes it can be referred as you as a soul.

Activity 1.b. SELF EXAMINATION

Look at yourself in the mirror and answer the following questions.

1. How can you describe yourself based on your own perspective or point of view?
“I am different from others, I guess it is what you call being unique. I am to what I want to
be, being free to do what I want and being able to be what I wanted to do”
2. What aspect of yourself do you feel good about? Why?
I feel good about myself of being able to avoid the state of panic and pressured. In my case,
I have several experience about pressure that it has been erased from my mind and have
been used to what is panic. It is good to think rationally and calmly even in an extreme
situation.
3. What aspect of yourself do you believe you have to improve? Why?
I have to improve my self-esteem and confidence. Ever since I was young, I was shy that I
miss many opportunities to show my talents. And now with my age, I slightly feel what
stage-fright means.
4. Seven best words that describe you
a. Kind
b. Peaceful
c. Intelligent
d. Perseverance
e. Overthinking
f. Unique
g. Coin (sometimes bad at something, sometimes better)
h. Glass (fragile)
