Dear Sir Mark,


This letter is to inform you of our intent to do a 3-day marketing activity by giving away flyers within
or outside your good establishment. All clients we close will be highly recommended and guided to
take out loan from your lucrative bank. We will also promote opening a BPI account to potential
clients passing by.
I believe this will be a mutually beneficial endeavor between two Ayala-brand companies.
As for the marketing activity, we will have two real estate salespersons per branch with a standing
marketing banner and computation sheets from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. For health protocols, we will
only assign two specific salespersons per branch for the entire duration of the marketing campaign,
which is from February 6 to 8 and for further days if you allow.
