MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Memorandum of Agreement made and entered into this 16 day of 2023 at
Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.
By and between
100,000.00 CASH PALUWAGAN BATCH 1, duly organized and existing under and by
virtue of laws of Republic of the Philippines, duly represented by LOVELY TANAKA ALERA,
legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of Claro M Recto St. Osmena Extension Brgy. 26
Zone 1, hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY.
And
Angel A. Manla_____, legal age, Filipino citizen, ________ and a resident of ZONE 9
CAFFAS MACANHAN CARMEN Cagayan de Oro City, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY.
WITHNESSETH
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the one who handle the said PALUWAGAN;
WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY member is mandated to PAY its monthly dues amounting
10,000.00 until 11th Cycle (months) and including the Admin slot;
WHEREAS, the release of PALUWAGAN SHARE was depending on the slot they reserve
during the listing of members;
WHEREAS, THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT becomes binding on both
parties.
1. That the FIRST PARTY will release the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS ONLY (Php.100,000.00) to the SECOND PARTY for its reserved slot of its
Paluwagan for the month of JULY 16, 2023
2. That the SECOND PARTY, upon receipt of the full amount, will oblige to pay to
his/her monthly dues amounting TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php.10,000.00)
for 11th Cycle (months);
3. That the action of the FIRST PARTY is meant to preserve the peaceful situation in the
PALUWAGAN and that the SECOND PARTY shall give due recognition to this effort of
the FIRST PARTY by adhering to the objectives of peaceful and smooth PAYMENTS of
the 100,000.00 CASH PALUWAGAN BATCH 1;
4. That the SECOND PARTY shall not make ANY excuses to unpaid his/her obligation to
the said PALUWAGAN, and shall pay on time, and if any unnecessary action of the
members like not making his/her monthly dues and will live without any communication
to the FIRST PARTY will penalize imprisonment;
5. If the SECOND PARTY is unable to pay for two (2) consecutive payments for his/her
slot, it will automatically be cancelled, forfeited, and raffled for PASALO SLOT.
6. That the parties hereto undertake to comply in good faith with all terms and conditions
of this Memorandum of Agreement.
