ADE M118600 weight calibration
To enter the calibration menu press the TARE button followed by the ON/ZERO
button and keep the buttons pressed until C 5 will be displayed. A test
sequence will be shown. When stable press the TARE button again. Place the
requested test weights as shown on the display on the scale. 5000g follow by
10000g and 15000g. The scale will show P1 with indicates the end of the
calibration.

button and keep the buttons pressed until C H will be displayed. A test
sequence will be shown. When stable place the requested test measures
between the foot and head stop.

Cleaning & maintenance
Cleaning
For cleaning just use a damp cloth or common disinfection products. Do not use any abrasive or acid
cleaning fluids. Ensure that no cleaning fluid or water gets into the scale and always follow the
instruction of the manufacturer.
Warning signals and error messages
1. Why does the display read ‘lo’?
Low battery. Replace the batteries or connect the AC/DC adaptor for mains operation.
2. The message displays 0Ld
Overload warning; remove the weight immediately; otherwise, permanent damage to the scale will
occur.

Safety instructions
Do NOT use the scale
If the mains adapter shows visible damages
If the mains adapter is not working properly
In those cases contact your local dealer or service partner.
Make sure to use only mains adaptors supplies by ADE. All other equipment might
cause electromagnetic interferences to other equipments.
Waste disposal
Electronic devices are not domestic waste.
If the scale is out of use the responsible waste disposal association will be glad to
advise you on the measures necessary to dispose of it properly.
Do not throw used batteries into domestic waste. Please inform yourselves at the
responsible waste disposal association how to dispose used batteries.
Storage and transport
Keep all original parts and pieces for an eventual sending back of the scale in order to avoid any
possible damage during transport which automatically leads to no warranty.
Disconnect all cables before transport to avoid unnecessary damages.
