 Maintenance of conveyor system and all equipment of coal handling plant by preventive,
breakdown & shutdown maintenance. Compliance to breakdown & preventive maintenance
schedule, on time. Involved in Preventive Routine and Breakdown Maintenance of CHP. Planning
PM & TBM schedules for the critical machines.
  Maintenance of dust separation system, dust extraction system, plain water dust separation
system and coal yard sprinkling system.
 Innovation and initiatives for reduction in consumption, failure and improvement in efficiency and
plant operation.
 Somewhere modification on the system modification.
 Responsible for Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Planning, Procurement and Verification of
Spares.
 To keep up the CHP to avoid fire and dust (PWDS, SPDS, DFDS, SW, All pumps)
 Accountable for planning of material, Tools, Equipment’s and Manpower for smooth operation.
 Responsible for safe and efficient Equipment maintenance in minimum time.
 Maintain of Mechanical equipment’s like Gear Box, Fluid Coupling+ Motor, Stacker cum reclaimer,
belt conveyor system, Elevator (Lift), ILMS, Suspended Magnet, DS System, DE System, Long Drive
Travel Assembly and travelling tipper with CRD, Belt Feeder & Reversible Belt Feeder.
 Knowledge about ring granulator crushers (Replace Hammer, Alignment of Crusher, Maintenance
of Hydraulic Power Pack, and vibrating screen (Replace Gear Oil, Perforated Plate, T-section
Grizzly, Pulley Alignment Reference to Motor, Modification Work Grizzly Back Plate, Liner Plate,
Mother Plate, Upper Deck Plate,) modification work etc.
 Worked as Maintenance Engineer Formulating the spares & Lubricants requirement.
 Accountable for planning of material, Tools, Equipment’s and Manpower for smooth operation.
 Synchronizing with client for monitoring of working schedule as per target schedule & modification
as per site requirements.
 Formulating daily, weekly, and monthly Progress report, Plan report, Manpowerreport as per
Client requirements.
 Planning PM & TBM schedules for the critical machines.
 Stacker cum Reclaimer maintenance
 Handle the different emergency condition in a coal handling plant( CHP)
 Stacker cum Reclaimer Based on Hydraulic System, (Having Belt Feeder, Elevator Conveyor, Boom
Conveyor,) & Good Coal Stock.
 All Types of Coupling as Like (Flange, Spider, Rubber, Fluid HFDX Type , Fluidomat ).

Educational Qualification:

 B.tech Mechanical from Kalinga University Raipur (C.G) in 2018 with 67%
 12th from CG Board Raipur in 2013 with 69.6%
 10th from CBSE Board in 2010 with 60%

Major Aim Towards Job

 Ensuring the maximum utilization and availability of the equipment for meeting the
generation target.
 Bunker Feeding , coal unloading with proper safety.
 To reduce the effect of wet coal during monsoon seasons is one of the great challenges for CHP.

  Maintenance of truck unloading hopper , Vibrating feeder , Stacker-cum-re-claimer bucket wheel
type , Coal Crusher 1000TPH , Vibrating grizzly feeder (screen) , ILMS , Belt conveyor 1000TPH ,
DE-System.
 Re-joint of Belt Conveyor & its Replacement.
 Preventive maintenance of CHP Equipment’s.
 Checking of bearing clearance & its maintenance.
 Maintain safety , good housekeeping & good environment at work place.
