Dear Sir,

With reference to captioned subject and impact of unforeseen events that occur during the execution of subject
Project, EPC Contractor would like to draw Authority/ Authority’s Engineer kind attention towards the
schedule of project. The project was awarded to EPC Contractor vide Authority’s letter of Award (LOA) dated
23.08.2021 and the contract agreement was signed on 25th October’2021 between the Authority and EPC
Contractor. The appointed date has been declared by competent Authority vide letter dated 10.11.2021.
EPC Contractor submit the “Extension of Time” of stipulated project in view of unforeseen event that occur
at site considered as “Force Majeure Event” vide, perusal to Article -21 of Contract Agreement. The
Authority Engineer’s has reviewed the EOT proposal and recommended to Authority, NHIDCL details of
present proposal for shifting of Milestone vide, letter Sl.no (3) as follows:

Meanwhile, contractual Milestones has revised and contractor has submitted a revised work program as
consideration of “Extension of Time” recommended by authority Engineer vide, letter Sl.no (2) and schedule
work accordance to submit revised work program for accomplishment of project.
Contractor is requesting to Authority Engineer, to take necessary action in matter of Extension of Time at
earliest convenience in the interest of project completion.
