Working on domains of Healthcare, Non- IT (administrative, managerial, clerical, financial) & IT (analyst,
project manager, cyber security, etc).

Manage RFP/RFI/RFQ response creation along-with the Bid Management team.
Managing & Updating company’s business profiles in client’s supplier registration portals & ensure the
required company details are updated.
Able to complete a Capture Document for SLED in order to review & make a bid or no bid decision.
Working with the portals which are subscribed & which are free.
Updating Tracker of opportunities on regular basis.
Submit the final proposals either through portal or e-mail.
Checking on addendum on regular basis.
Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for
proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings.
Work with the IT & Non – IT domain.
Able to complete a Capture Document for SLED in order to review & make a bid or no bid decision.
Performing bid/no bid decisions as per Company’s process guidelines.
Utilizing BD market intelligence accounts & subscriptions: Govwin, agency portals & prime contractor
vendor portals.
Managing & Updating company’s business profiles in client’s supplier registration portals & ensure the
required company details are updated.
Supporting all phases of the proposal management, response design/development, response quality
assurance & proposal delivery.
Identifying the actual needs of the clients and find a relevant set of candidates through sourcing profiles
from Job Portal, Professional Networking Site.
Scan the resumes, check for the ‘key word' which the management/ department/client have asked to look
into the resume or profile of the candidate.
Coordinating recruitment by screening of resumes and calling up candidates and scheduling the interviews.
Negotiating in salary packages and hikes with the candidates as per the need of the management or the
client.
