RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING PROPOSED PPAs OF BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR


THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FOR ADOPTION/IMPLEMENTATION OF
BARANGAY BURGOS, BASEY, SAMAR.

WHEREAS, as per Memorandum Circular No. 2008-126 issued on August 21, 2008 the
revised guidelines in monitoring the functionality of the Local Council for the Protection of Children
(LCPC) at all levels and for other purposes;
WHEREAS, the function of the council is to formulate plans, programs, policies and
activities to ensure the rights of the children to survival, development, protection and participation;
WHEREAS, the PPA for BCPC for the year 2019 is needed to be adopted for inclusion in
2019 Budget Appropriation;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to recommend proposed PPAs of BCPC
for adoption/implementation of Barangay Burgos, Basey, Samar.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to concerned agencies.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 7th day of March 2019, by the Sangguniang Barangay
of Brgy. Burgos, Basey, Samar. Philippines.
