II. PROJECT BACKGROUND
Quality education and conducive learning are two indispensable things. To
respond to this ideal, Bulacnin Elementary School has been implementing the Basic
Education-Learning Continuity Plan of the Department of Education which aims to
bring together all community stakeholders to participate, contribute their time, efforts,
and resources to make our classrooms clean and presentable that is conducive to
learners in the preparation for the nationwide progressive expansion of limited face
to face.

III. OBJECTIVES
Project CLEAN (Conducive Learning, Effective and Nurturing Environment)
aims to:
1. Raises funds to improve classroom facilities by purchasing thermal scanner, alcohol
dispenser and air purifier essential for the limited face to face classes
2. Enhance community participation
3. Strengthen teachers, parents, and stakeholders’ harmonious relationship
IV. TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The fund to be utilized for this project will come from the voluntary
contribution and donations in cash and in kind of parents from Grade 5-Lotus as
initiated by the Homeroom PTA officers
V. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Homeroom PTA Officers of Grade 5-Lotus will coordinate with the class
adviser and other parents/guardians regarding the conduct of the project.
Project Proposal will be presented and published to the parents/guardians of
Grade 5-Lotus for approval.
The members will do the inspection report and canvass of the materials
needed for the project.
VI. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Proper turnover of the project to the class adviser will follow
