Dear Governor Defensor,

Greetings from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung LoGIC Project team!

The “Developing Countrywide a Culture of Integrity through Multi-sectoral Local


Government Integrity Circles” Project, also known as LoGIC Project, is a European Union co-
funded project, with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung as the lead project implementer.

Following the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing between Dr. Stefan Jost of KAS
and Director General Jeremiah Belgica of ARTA last February 12, 2020, we will be doing
series of zoom webinar to technically assist LoGIC partner LGUs in the finalization of their
Citizen’s Charter which is due for submission to ARTA on July 25, 2020.

For the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, the webinar schedule is set on
15 July 2020 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. We are also inviting your LGU’s representative to
join the said webinar.

The webinar will be divided into 2 main parts: 1) Inputs on ARTA and Citizen’s Charter, 2)
Q&A Session.
