Greetings of peace and good health!

This refers to the Memorandum dated 2 May 2023 with the subject " Endorsement
of Participant for Capacity Development Coach Learning Journey," which
provides quality capacity development solutions for local governments by ensuring
that the DILG personnel competencies in LGU coaching are enriched and fully
developed.

We would like to recommend the requested number of nominees and alternates who
meet the given set of criteria, but due to conflicting schedules, we can only endorse
one (1) personnel, and other prospective participants do not meet the following
criteria:

 Has attended one of the three F2F batches of the Training of Trainers for LGU
CapDev Agenda Formulation held in 2022;
 Holds an LGOO V position or higher.
