Ronilene Cabanela witnessed an incident of alleged rape between Professor Kim Lesther Adler and student Cristalle Flores. While helping another professor sort files, Ronilene heard noises from the nearby mathematics faculty room that sounded like someone falling and crying out in pain. Upon investigating, Ronilene saw through the door's window Professor Adler pushing and pulling Cristalle in a way that made her cry. Classmate Monica Sanchez then arrived and Ronilene told her what she saw. They then heard a crash as the door closed, and saw Cristalle running out in a disheveled state. Ronilene and Monica informed another professor of the incident and sought to help Cristalle.

I, RONILENE CABANELA, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of Blk 1 L25 PH3
Ciudad Verde Homes Paradahan 1, Tanza, Cavite, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. CRISTALLE FLORES is a classmate of mine in Algebra, which we are presently


taking at AB Normal University in Indang, Cavite, with KIM LESTHER ADLER as
our lecturer.
2. Around 6:00 in the evening of December 13, 2019, in the College of Arts and Sciences
(CAS) Building of AB Normal University, I was with MONICA SANCHEZ, our class
president when we told her, that Prof. Adler wanted to meet her in the Department of
Mathematics faculty room in CAS building to discuss her grades in College Algebra,
then after that MONICA SANCHEZ and I, proceed also in the room beside the said
faculty room because of Prof. Rosa ask our assistance for checking some files.
3. As the minutes passed, Prof. Rosa realized she needed to get into her next class and left
us in the room. MONICA SANCHEZ also left me because she needed to pass our
activity with our English Professor.
4. As I sit alone in the room, surrounded by stillness, I hear a sound that sounds like a
falling object. At first, I assumed it was coming from inside the room, but the sound
came from the faculty room of the Department of Mathematics.
5. I dismiss the noise, supposing Prof. Adler has dropped something in the room, but the
next sound I hear sounds like someone in pain. I heard a noise coming from the faculty
room and went to investigate.
6. I witness Prof Adler's push-pull movement with CRISTALLE FLORES, who is crying.
7. I intend to open the door but MONICA SANCHEZ returns, and I immediately tell her
the scenario I witnessed, but not before I finish telling her the scene. We hear a
tremendous crash as the door closes, and then we see CRISTALLE FLORES running,
her uniform crumpled and ill-dressed.
8. MONICA SANCHEZ ran up to her and I immediately look for Prof. Rosa and inform
her of the incident I witnessed. And she said, "Hanapin mo na din si Ms. FLORES para
matulungan natin sya at maireport ito agad"
