SUBJECT : Progress Report, re: Robbery

1. References:
a) Incident Record Form NO: 001;
b) Blotter Entry NO: 001; and
c) Spot Report Dated February 27, 2023, re-Robbery

2. This has reference with the initial report dated February 27, 2023 re-Robbery
happened in the residence of the victim one Al-amed Y Khan, 29 years old, single, self-
employed, and a resident of Zone 3, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.

3. That in the initial investigation conducted it has been disclosed that the suspect
gain entry by destroying the wooden door in the other room of the victim’s house and took
items to with:
a) One (1) piece Cellphone “Pocofone X3” amounting (Php 10,000.00)
b) One (1) piece Gaming Laptop “Acer Legion 5” amounting (Php 35,000.00)

4. That the assistance from Crime Laboratory has been requested wherein Scene of
the Crime Operatives led by PCInsp KIER MARCIAL V. COLLAO IV conducted some crime
scene investigation and found recovered from the scene the following piece of evidence.
a) Latent Print lifted from the door knob of the back door
b) Shoe print
c) Hammer and Crowbar

5. That based on the account given by the witness one Reymar y Habana, 27 years
old, jobless, neighbor of the victim, and a resident of Zone 3, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur
that he personally saw the incident.

6. The witness, further averred that he saw the suspect Justin y Pontanal, 25 years
old, resident of Pawili, Pili, Camarines Sur while wearing the helmet and verified also thru
the gallery of robbery suspects in the area.
