PART II. Reflective Journal: Write down your reflection journal answering these guide questions
GUIDE QUESTIONS
1. How do I feel about my handprints?
2. What insights were revealed to me?
3. What is the importance of knowing oneself?

I am so delighted about my handprint. First of all, I am the one who designed it.
Every part of the handprint describes me as a human person. From my name, role in
life, strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations, all of these are included in my handprint. It
just reflects me what kind of person I am.

I look carefully at my handprint, I realized that all the words that are written on the
five fingers are the things that have helped a lot for me to fulfill my role. I am an
entrepreneur. Being responsible has been my edge in doing so many things in life.
Being bold and brave helps me to always take risks and do not miss any opportunities.
But behind these things is the values that I uphold in life. "Everything has its own
positive side. Just look for it." When I was in so many unwell situations in life, this
phrase makes me stronger and let me realize that everything happens for a reason.

You are the only one who goes with you throughout your life. From the cradle to
the cemetery, it's all about you. I'm not trying to be morbid; I just want to emphasized
the necessity of having a good relationship with yourself and knowing who you are. You
may start to accept who you are - just as you are - if you know yourself, the good, the
bad, and the ugly. Accepting some characteristics of your personality that you don't
consider positive, such as laziness, can be difficult. Nothing outside of yourself has any
dictation on who you are and how you go about your life. When you know yourself, you
will realize this, that life is so simple and that you control your destiny. Knowing who you
are will always be more important than others knowing who you are.
