Milky Tutti is the first “milk-only” shop in Capas, Tarlac. Milky Tutti is dedicated to
those people who like to drink milk and who wish to try it. Milk will be served in a glass
container or disposable plastic cups with fruits that will be added and sinkers such as nata,
tapioca pearls, coffee jelly and the like. The business will also offer various type of milk, like

bookshop, beside Gabaldon Elementary School, near Dominican College of Tarlac where
students always look for a new shop to feed their hunger and to quench their thirst and Milky
Tutti can help them with that. It is also near at the public market which is a good thing. The shop
Capas is first class highly-urbanized municipality in the province of Tarlac and it is one
of the richest provinces of Tarlac and because of this, it shows that Capas is strong place for
businessmen’s business. A lot of businesses have been established in this place because of its
healthy environment for businesses. There is and there will be always a competition in this
industry. But, Milky Tutti would not back down. The business is willing to take the risks and that
Milky Tutti logo is a great example of how the primary purpose of our logo is to spark
recognition, rather than to literally explain what our business sells. The logo is simple so that

I. Introduction
Milky Tutti is inspired in a product in Korea called Banana Flavoured Milk. Binggrae created
the said product because the government in Korea wants to lessen the case of malnutrition but
the natural white milk did not suite the people’s taste because of its plain flavour. So the
Binggrae created milk that is different from the others and that time the banana was very
expensive. They combined the milk and the banana the drink – Banana Flavoured Milk was
created.
The Banana Flavoured Milk was launched in 1974 in June. “Since 1974 when it was
introduced, 800,000 bottles of Banana Flavoured Milk are sold each day in Korea and around 6
billion bottles have been sold across the country. According to Binggrae, 150 billion Korean Won
worth of these bottles have been sold in 2014. The bottle's design is said to be inspired by
traditional Korean jars. At the time Binggrae introduced their product; bananas were expensive
and considered a luxury. They believed consumers would be enticed to purchase their milk for a

some refreshing drinks. It is widely used in many Asian desserts as well. In making Gulaman it
only requires a few steps: 1.) Dissolved the jelly powder 2.) Wait for the water to boil then pour
the jelly mixture. 3.) Do not add to much water so that the jelly won't be so soft. 4.) Add a

Milky Tutti is a new milk shop in Capas, Tarlac. It is a new business wherein it will be
serving “milk with fruit” products which is new to the municipality of Capas. The shop is owned
by one person only and that is Mr. Ericksson Serrano. Therefore, Milky Tutti has a sole
proprietorship type of organization. Mr. Serrano is responsible for making the business a
successful one by managing its product, location of the shop, and the deliveries to be made. Mr.
Serrano will be the one to invest all the money and effort that he has.
