Introverts in Life
Extroverts may be known for being more comfortable around people but in
my opinion I don’t think that extroverts are more successful than introverts in
life. Introverts are observants and they will always listen,they stay home and
work instead of going out with friends therewithal also they can be great
leaders too. Now let’s look at how
To begin with; introverts are prefer to observe and listen rather than being in
the situation and talk and by doing this they can see things from different
angel and in order to listen everyone they would realize the issue more easily
than an extrovert. According to a study in YALE introverts may be better than
extroverts at observing and understanding the social behavior of people in
group settings, a skill that is useful in knowing how to effectively lead
others.Introverts are more likely to see the shortcomings and complete it like
how the way that Mark Zuckerberg saw people want to see faces of the people
they know and created Facebook for this now he have over 117 billion dollars
and I think he owed his wealth to being an introverted more than his skills.
What’s more,21st century is age of the digital world and since the pandemic
came out we started to do everything from our homes. Can’t meet with anyone
and not going outside may be overwhelmed for extroverts but in other hand
for introverts this period which we living in right now is better to focus on
their works. The world is progressing from the internet I cant see any future
for concrete workplaces we’ll work from home and the ones who are not used
to this extroverts so please tell me by looking at this who is more prone to be
successful.
One final reason why introverts are as successful as extrovert is they can be
great leaders. Introverts are think people their work with, they are sensitive to
other people's needs and they are not put themselves forward they one of the
team hereby team members being more comfortable to talking their problems
about their job to introvert leaders. Like leaders Bill Gates, Warren Buffett,
Mark Zuckerberg, Marissa Mayer and Elon Musk. Abraham Lincoln, Eleanor
Roosevelt, Rosa Parks and Mahatma Gandhi are introverts who have big
effects to our world. They work with their teams not just command them and
this is an ability which coming with being an introvert. Therefore introverts
can be excellent leaders.
All things considered, observing the world, predisposition to work in isolation
from people and being compassionate leaders that who people can trust can
make introverts even more successful than extroverts. I personally believe that
introverts are successful in life but because of they don’t want to draw the
attention we not usually see them but this doesn’t change the fact that they are
successful.
