JOINT AFFIDAVIT ON TOMAS BOLIMA


AND ABELARDO BOLIMA’S PEDIGREE

We, MAYBELLE O. PAJE, of legal age, Filipino, married and residing at


Brgy. Basud, Tabaco City, Albay and ADONIS V. COLLANTES, Filipino, of
legal age, married, residing at Brgy. San Lorenzo, Tabaco City, Albay, after having
duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:
That we have known personally, the person of the deceased, Abelardo
Bolima who died on January 10, 1995;
That Abelardo Bolima was the son of Tomas Bolima, where their family
were former residents of Barangay Basud, Tabaco, Albay and possessor/owner of
Lot 31, Cad 22-D the situated in Brgy. Fatima, Tabaco City, Albay;
That Abelardo Bolima was married to Gabina Buiza and the couple during
their married life had resided in Barangay Basud, Tabaco, Albay (now a city) and
we have known their children and among them were Amelia Bolima and Ofelia
Bolima Fitzgibbon, whom we are very familiar with;
Then when Tomas Bolima died, his son Abelardo Bolima had inherited Lot
31situated in Brgy. Fatima, likewise, when the spouses Abelardo Bolima and
Gabina Buiza died, their heirs, by operation of law, the estate had been transferred
to their surviving heirs;
That when the estate (Lot 31) of the spouses Abelardo Bolima and Gabina
Buiza was finally settled thru extrajudicial settlement sometime in April 2013, only
Ofelia B. Fitzgibbon and Jose Erwin B. Boral were surviving heirs;
That these surviving heirs were also grandchild and great grandchild of the
late Tomas Bolima;
That we have known those facts, as we were close acquaintances of the
family of Abelardo Bolima and Gabina Buiza, including their children, where they
spent their childhood in Barangay Basud, Tabaco Albay (now a city);
That we hereby declare, confirm and affirm, that Abelardo Bolima was the
son of Tomas Bolima and the only surviving heirs when the aforesaid estate was
finally settled were Ofelia B. Fitzgibbon and Jose Erwin B. Boral.
That we have executed this joint affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing
facts, further, same is executed to establish pedigree for Tomas Bolima and
Abelardo Bolima and their descendants. Finally, this joint affidavit is executed foe
settlement and payment of estate and other real action pertaining to Lot 31 situated
in Brgy. Fatima, Tabaco City, in which said estate had been inherited by the
surviving heirs of Abelardo Bolima.
IN WITNESS whereof, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this
