1. That I am among the surviving children and legal heir of the late Nicolasa Profecho Lamban, who
died intestate and without known debts on April 26, 2011 at Payahan, Baclayon, Bohol,
Philippines;
2. That the late Nicolasa Profecho Lamban, during her lifetime was the owner of a certain parcel of
land situated in Payahan (formerly: Landican), Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines, designated as Lot
No. 3406, containing an area of Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Eight (31,428)
Square Meters, more or less, described in and covered by Original Certificate of Title No. 12187;
3. That my son, JENNIFER PROFECHO, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Payahan,
Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines, desires to build a residential house over a portion of the above-
described parcel of land;
4. That I hereby give my consent to JENNIFER PROFECHO, Filipino, of legal age, single and a
resident of Payahan, Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines, to build a residential house over a portion of
the above-described parcel of land, apply for electric connection at the BOHECO I and water
connection at the office of the LGU waterworks, Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines;
5. That I am giving this consent freely and voluntarily;
6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and to facilitate my
application for building permit, electric connection at the BOHECO I and water connection at the
office of the LGU waterworks, Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines.

Baclayon, Bohol, Philippines, is not available;

although we are not related to them;

4. That we learned recently, that the name of her father in the records of Luz C. Marcial at the

5. That the names CLODUALDO MARCIAL whom we personally know and the father of the late Luz
