AFFIDAVIT 
 
            I, Endresina Suyu Morillo, of legal age, married, and resident of
Zone 4 Larion Alto, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say: 
 
a. That I personally know “BENITO PATTUGALAN & MARIANO
TIRSO PATTUGALAN” because they are my cousins and we are
living in the same barangay since birth; 
 
b. That my mother is “SOCORRO PATTUGALAN-SUYU”; 
 
c.     \  That there is no truth to the claim of my cousins that they executed
the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with the intent to omit several
heirs of my grandparents, Salvador Darilag and Gaudiosa
Pattugalan; 
 
d.      That the Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate was executed and signed
by my mother during her lifetime; 
 
e.  I eventually purchased the share of my aunt Josefa Languian in the
property; 
 
f. That herein complainants were always aware that the share of their
father was sold to my mother and that they were never in
possession of the subject property; 
 
g. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the
facts aforementioned, and for any legal purpose this may serve.

living in the same barangay since birth; 
 
b. That our father is “MANUEL PATTUGALAN”; 
 
c. That sometime in 1973, my brother and herein complainant Mariano
Tirso Pattugalan was about to get married and our family was short of
funds to finance the said celebration; 
 
d.   That my father sold his share in the property to my aunts Socorro
Pattugalan-Suyu and Josefa Languian to obtain funds to finance the
marriageof my brother; 
 
d.      That I was present during the time that the document was being
made and signed; 
 
e. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the
facts aforementioned, and for any legal purpose this may serve.
