Philippines Literary History?
The literature of the Philippines is diverse and rich. We can say that the literature in the Philippines has changed and evolved over time.
Philippine literature has grown in diversity and richness in tandem with the country's history. This is best understood in the context of the country's pre-colonial cultural traditions, as well as the colonial and contemporary traditions' socio-political histories. As the time passed, we can say that the literature of the Philippines has changed and evolved. From a different perspective, it may be difficult to adjust to our country's literary history because it is so diverse, many years have passed, and there is so much of it that we cannot read it all in one sitting. But since Philippine literature have been taught little by little ever since elementary, students already have knowledge about it.
There are numerous ways for me to demonstrate my adaptability to the diverse literary history of the Philippines. One way to demonstrate adaptivity is to read and comprehend some of the works of Philippine literature. Another option is to conduct research on literary works. By doing so, I will be able to bridge the gap between past and present literary works, gain a better understanding of contemporary literary works, and be certain of how the literary pieces have evolved.
I can also show the adaptability to the diverse Philippine literary history to a certain extent of caring, cherishing the things and works of people have done to the Philippines literary History. Through gaining knowledge about the Philippine literary history, I can also show my sense of adaptivity by sharing my knowledge to my friends and to those people who does not have an idea about it. Since all Filipino should know and appreciate the importance of the history of the Philippine literature because it is part of our life and history.
