Situation: Mang Jose sells fish ball. At first, Mang Jose makes sure that the sauces and his service follow the standards of making quality fish balls such as proper hygiene, affordable pricing, etc. Mang Jose always sold out his daily stocks of fish ball. After sometime, Mang Jose was no longer strictly following the aforementioned standards. As a result, Mang Jose’s sales started dwindling considerably.
