I. BACKGROUND
Approved PAMB resolution no 2020-065 “A RESOLUTION GRANTING
PROVISIONAL APPROVAL FOR THE PROPOSED PERMITTING SYSTEM OF THE MOTORIZED CONVEYANCES OPERATING IN SBPS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES” aims to register and regulate any operating motorized conveyances within the protected seascape. Thus, in order to fully implement the said resolution a stakeholders meeting cum public consultation will be conducted in six (6) different locations in Sarangani Bay Protected Seascape. This is to ensure that the information will be cascaded to the vessel operators inside SBPS.
II. OBJECTIVES
To inform the general public especially those which has vessel both for municipal or commercial operation about the Protected Area Management Board Boat Registration To put into the minutes of meeting the conduct of the said public consultation for the publication of the said document.

V. METHODOLOGY Prior to the actual fieldworks, a preparatory meeting will be done on the level of the PA Management Office. A copy of the resolution will be distributed to the participants, together with an info graphics poster of the process flow for boat registration. Also a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation will be presented to the participants.
