RESOLUTION NO. 08 series of C.Y. 2013

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN OF THE


BARANGAY FOR CY 2014.”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council of Barangay 4, submitted for approval the
Annual Investment Plan for submission to the CPDC for CY 2014;

WHEREAS, the projects/programs presented were in accordance to the guidelines set by the
higher authorities;

NOW THEREFORE

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to approve and adopt the Annual Investment Plan of
Barangay 4 for CY 2014.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward copy of this resolution to the City Planning & Development
Office for information and appropriate action.

“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND ADOPT THE ANNUAL
INVESTMENT PLAN OF BARANGAY 4, FOR CY 2014.”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council in its session on June 10, 2013, identified
projects/programs to be included in the Annual Investment Plan for submission to the CPDC for CY 2014;
