“RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE REALIGNMENT OF
THE MUNICIPAL AID FOR THE CY 2022 FROM THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE BARANGAY HALL TO CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL OF KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP ADDITIONAL FINANCING OF BARANGAY AROROGAN, MARIHATAG, SURIGAO DEL SUR TO THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN MEMBER HEADED BY HON. JOVITA S. UMAPAS-MUNICIPAL VICE MAYOR IN THIS MUNICIPALITY OF MARIHATAG, SURIGAO DEL SUR.”
WHEREAS, during the session of the Sangguniang Barangay Members, it was anonymously discussed the continuation of the Sub-project of KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP AF which is the Construction of Drainage Canal;
WHEREAS, the said sub-project of KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP AF is set to be implemented
not later than this year; WHEREAS, it was agreed by the Municipal Officials and Barangay Arorogan that the Municipal Aid for the CY 2022 will be realigned to the Sub-project of KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP AF, which is the Construction of Drainage Canal;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to construct the drainage canal to control the flood of Barangay Arorogan during heavy rains and any other calamities;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Orlando P. Nun᷈ez, the Committee
Chairperson of Infrastructure and Utilization, and duly seconded by all members present. It was,
RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved to request the approval of the realignment of the
Municipal Aid for the CY 2022 from the Improvement of the Barangay Hall to Construction of Drainage Canal of KALAHI CIDSS NCDDP ADDITIONAL FINANCING of Barangay Arorogan, Marihatag, Surigao del Sur to the Sangguniang Bayan Member headed by Hon. Jovita S. Umapas- Municipal Vice Mayor in this Municipality of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Marihatag, Surigao del Sur and other concerned offices and agencies for their information, appropriate action and strong support.
