RESOLUTION NO. 11 S -2019

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE PURCHASE


OF LOT FOR THE EXTENSION OF MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING FROM THE
PROVINCIAL BOARD MEMBER OF THE 1ST DISTRICT OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL,
HON. WINSTON V. CATANE

WHEREAS, there is a need for the extension of the multipurpose building


because it’s too small for the people of the community to hold assemblies, meetings and
other Barangay gatherings particularly for the young people and other constituents in
planning for the development programs and plans for the community;

WHEREAS, the said building is also a strategic place to serve as the relief and
evacuation center in the occurrence of any unlikely events like natural and manmade
disasters;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Jennykel C. Manlangit


and duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad Andrew S. Putis;

BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, to request financial assistance for the


purchase of lot for the extension of multipurpose building from the Provincial Board
Member of the 1st district of Misamis Occidental, Hon. Winston V. Catane.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution be furnish to the office
concern for information and reference.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
