Assignment:

1. Prostitution is labeled as a deviant behavior since it does not meet the standards

of morality as defined by religious perspectives, health principles and social

perspectives.

2. Child abuse is very obvious considered as deviant behavior since children should

not be engage in any sexual activities specially when they are force to do so, or

even if when they are the one who will attract to someone.

3. Psychopathy considered as deviant behavior since this person believe that the

whole world is against them and eventually become convinced that they deserve

special privileges or rights to satisfy their desires.

4. Homosexuality of course can still be considered as deviant behavior, even

though some countries allowed same sex marriage but still it is immoral in norms

specially in our country, we didn’t allow that a male would get into marriage in a

male also.

5. Drug abuse would become part of deviant behavior if a person will abuse drugs

for the purpose of creating pleasurable effects on the brain, it couldn’t become

deviant if an abuser will take drugs in order for him cure his pain/illness.

6. Alcohol abuse is a mere part of deviant behavior since this person drink too

much alcohol at one time or too often throughout the week, they cannot stop their

self in drinking.

7. Suicide is still a deviant behavior since a normal person even facing a lot of

problems cannot even kill someone and even themselves. Some psychologist

said that suicide is a crime because someone provoke them, give them reason to
kill themselves, but for me it`s not, since the elements of the crime are not

present.

8. Theft/Robbery is one of a deviant behavior, even people are suffering from

poverty then commit these crimes will not be an excuse for them not to be

arrested. It is totally not acceptable in our norms that taking property to another is

a mere deviant act.

9. Voyeurism is still one of a deviant behavior since it is not a practice with the

norms that it is good watching somebody who are doing sexual activity, that is

why they are hiding themselves in order for them not to watched by someone.

10. Abortion would be part of a deviant behavior even both of you as partner are

wish to abort your own child. It is a blessing by God and no one should take a life

of another specially if it is your own child.

11. Pedophilia as a deviant behavior since adult should not get arouse with a child,

how cruel it is if you will perform sexual activity on it. Just try to think that you are

having sexual activities to your own child or your niece or nephew, would you still

have carnal knowledge to them?
