AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY
(ONE AND THE SAME PERSON)
I, RAMON S. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, formerly married to ANNIE
DOCTORA, and resident of Brgy. Tabucan, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, Philippines, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am a dual citizen having been granted both Filipino and American Citizenship;
2. That I was formerly married to Annie Doctora who is an American Citizen;
3. That in October 17, 2006, we divorced by virtue of a final judgment of dissolution of
marriage issued by the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles;
4. That I was able to acquire properties in the Philippines during the effectivity of our
marriage;
5. That one of the properties I acquired has the following details:

6. That the Anne Doctora appearing on the title shown above is in fact Annie Doctora
which I previously married;
7. That to effect valid sale of said property, Annie Doctora executed a Special Power of
Attorney (SPA) in my favor;
8. That I am executing this Affidavit of Discrepancy to attest to the truth of the
foregoing fact particularly to attest that Anne Doctora and Annie Doctora are one
and the same person.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 1st day of September
2020 in Iloilo City, Philippines.
