RESOLUTION NO. 01
Series of 2020

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2020 ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH

INVESTMENT PROGRAM OF BARANGAY CAMBALIDIO, LIBMANAN,
CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, Article 2, Section 12 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution provides that “the
State recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-building and shall promote and protect their
physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social; well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth,
patriotism and nationalism and encourage their involvement in public and civic affairs.”;
WHEREAS, Chapter II Section 8 paragraph (a) of The Implementing Rules and
Regulations of Republic Act 10742 also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of
2015 provides that “In consultation and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, and
within three (3) months from the assumption of office, formulate a three (3)-year rolling plan,
which shall be known as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan, which shall
serve as basis in preparation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program.”;
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan, with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng
Kabataan of Barangay Cambalidio drafted and approved a Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan for 2019-2020.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cambalidio has prepared the 2019
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program in accordance with the approved Comprehensive
Barangay Youth Investment Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY
THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY CAMBALIDIO to approve its 2020
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program.

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH

DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP) 2018-2020 OF BARANGAY CAMBALIDIO,
LIBMANAN, CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan with consultation and with the concurrence of
the Katipunan ng Kabataan shall formulate a two-year rolling plan which shall be known as the
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) which anchored in the Local
Youth Development Plan (LYDP) for calendar year 2019-2020 that shall contain program,
projects and activities in conformity with Section 8 of SK Reform Act of 2015(RA 10742).
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan shall serve as the
basis in the preparation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan, with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng
Kabataan of Barangay Cambalidio drafted and approved the Comprehensive Barangay Youth
Development Plan for 2018-2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY
THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY CUDIAN to adopt the
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) for calendar year 2018-2020.
