This Notice is to inform you that beginning on October 5, 2018, the monthly rent for the unit you are currently occupying, (Ground floor of the Building), which is located at NO. 100 Sampaguita St. Barangay Capri, Quezon City, will be increased to Fourteen Thousand (P14,000.00) per month. This rental payment is due on or before the fifth day of each month. My, administrator will be the one in charge of collecting the monthly rentals.
If you wish to continue your tenancy, under the new rate of Fourteen Thousand (P14,000.00) Pesos, attached is the new contract of lease for your signature.
Please sign the Notice below, indicating your agreement and continued tenancy or indicating your disagreement and subsequent termination of tenancy.
