The identified strategy is to cater medical consultations at the OPD. The second problem is clients seeking medical certificates for employment or school. The third is issuing death certificates. The fourth problem is that the IClinicSyst electronic medical record system is not properly established due to slow internet and understaffing. Strategies, resources, and areas of implementation are identified for each problem.
