Liaison with subcontractors and plant operators to ensure awareness of all safety requirements and
PTW permit system.

Participate in the development and application of the Safety Management System as part of the Quality
Assurance Program. Inspect and report on the capabilities of a crew to assure consistent high HSE
awareness. Promote continuous improvement of safe working practices. Coordinate and oversee
information gathering and make presentations on Company’s HSE capability.
Maintain Auditable HSE record, QHSSE training, HSE report, Auditing system, the management
participation-tracking sheet. With the objective of improving safety and environmental performance in
a cost effective manner, assist in continuous improvement of Safety programmed to ensure they comply
with or exceed Company and Client standards.
Monitor and report key monthly statistics and ensure it is reported to the region in a timely manner
