Conduct weekly safety meetings. (Tool box talks and ES&H training sessions related
to the implementation of Emergency Response Plan, Spill Response Plan, Fire Plan,
Environmental Plan, ES&H plan, Emergency Rescue etc.).
Proper orientation of safety rules & regulations to new employees.
Assess the risks associated with different tasks and to implement the risk reduction
factors.
Review Health and Safety plan, develop Risk Assessment for the activities in the
project.
Plan and design Emergency Evacuation plan, Fire escape routes in case of fire.
To monitor and guide STARRT (Safety Task Analysis Risk Reduction Talk) with the
project supervisors before start of the work on a daily basis.
Implementation, review and maintenance of Emergency Response Plan.
To conduct Emergency rescue drills, Fire drills, Spill response drills.
To review Environmental plan, Spill response plan for the activities in the project.
