Avoiding to the right, step right foot forward 45 degrees to a horse riding stance while executing
a simultaneous Left Knifehand Block and Right Reverse Punch.
2. Step left foot forward to Front Stance with a Left Rising Block, then Right Reverse Punch.
3. Step left foot 45 degrees to avoid into a Front Stance while executing a Right Outer Forearm
Block, then double punch (left then right) to the opponents rib cage.
4. Avoiding with the left foot 45 degrees to the left, execute a Right Sidekick to the ribs.
5. Step back with the right foot to a Fighting Stance, execute Right Front Snap Kick to face.

6. Simultaneous Left Outward Knifehand Block & Right Inward Knifehand Strike, grab wrist with
left hand, draw back to a Right Outward Knifehand Strike.
7. Left Leg Outside Crescent Kick to block punch, Right Leg Roundhouse Kick.
8. Step left 45 degrees with a Right Outward Forearm Block, Left and Right Punches to the ribs,
Right Leg Roundhouse Kick.
9. Step right foot forward to Horse Stance with a Right Inward Hammer Block, Right Hand Backfist.
10. Step right foot forward to Horse Stance with a Right Inward Hammer Block, Right Horizontal
Elbow Strike, Left Spinning Horizontal Elbow Strike.

11. Right leg Jumping Front Snap Kick.


12. Left leg side step avoiding, Right leg Back Turning Kick.
13. Right leg Front Snap Kick, then simultaneous Left Outward Knifehand Block and Right Reverse
Punch.
14. Stepping in with the left leg, Left Knifehand Rising Block, stepping behind twist arm into
shoulder lock, Right Downward Knifehand Strike.
15. Step right foot forward with a simultaneous Left Outward Knifehand Block & Right Inward
Knifehand Strike to the neck, Right leg Sweep the attacker’s right ankle.

16. Left leg Side-step, Right Elbow Strike, Right Knifehand to the back of the neck, grab, Right leg
Sweep takedown.
17. Stepping left 45 degrees, Right Outward Knifehand Block, Right Leg Hook Kick (Head), Right Leg
Hook Kick (Sweep).
18. Right Leg Jumping Roundhouse.
19. Right Rising Block, Double Hand Twisting Wrist Hold (Arm Bar), Right Leg Front Snap Kick.
20. Left leg stepping in, Right Spinning Heel Kick.

21. Right Inside Crescent Kick (blocking), Right Sidekick (one motion.)
22. Left Inside Crescent Kick (blocking), Right Jump Spinning Outside Crescent Kick.
23. Right Jumping Sidekick.
24. Left Jumping Back Turning Kick.
25. Right Inside Crescent Kick, Right Jumping 360 Roundhouse.

26. Left forward step, Left Arm Lock, Right Elbow Attack.
27. Dropping Down Avoiding to the Left, Right Sidekick.
28. Dropping Down Backwards, balancing with hands, execute two Front Snap Kicks (left, right).
29. Dropping Down Avoiding to the Left, Right Roundhouse, Left Spinning Heel Takedown.
30. Right Jumping Twist Kick.

31. Rising Block, Arm Lock, Takedown.


32. Knifehand Block, Ridgehand, Takedown with Hand Sweep to Ankle.
33. Arm Break – Takedown.
34. Left Knifehand Palm Downblock, Right Spinning Knifehand Strike.
35. Sidekick – Backfist.

36. Left Knifehand Block, Right Ridgehand, Stepping-in grab neck hip throw.
37. Rising Block, Drop Down, simultaneously Palm pushes the pelvis and other hand pulls.
38. Right Back leg Spinning Heel Kick followed by Right Roundhouse (one motion.)
39. Right foot back, Right Jump Spinning Hook Kick.
40. Avoiding to the left 45 degrees, Cut Kick inner thigh, High Roundhouse (same leg).

41. Left Reverse Inward Hammer Block, Right Back Spinning Foot Sweep & simultaneous Right
Ridgehand Takedown.
42. Left foot back, Right Jumping Hook Kick.
43. Left foot forward, Left Knifehand Block, Right Elbow Strike, Grab back of head, pull in Right Knee
Strike, Right Knifehand to the back of the head.
44. Left foot forward, Right Circular Block, Right Sidekick & Left Back Turning Kick.
45. Left foot back, Front Leg Shuffling Axe Kick.

46. Left Knifehand Block (Back Stance), Right Upward Elbow Strike (switching to Front Stance).
47. Left Knifehand Block (Back Stance), Right Arc Hand Attack to throat (switching to Front Stance.)
48. Right foot back, Left Knifehand Block, Grab opponents hand followed by Jumping Knee Strike.
49. Avoiding to the left 45 degrees, Right Roundhouse to left inner thigh followed by Right Sidekick
to opponent’s rear leg.
50. Avoiding to the left 45 degrees, Right Knifehand Block, Left Knifehand Strike to elbow, Right
Inward Foot Sweep with takedown.

51. Left Knifehand Rising Block with simultaneous counterclockwise elbow trap, Arc Hand Attack to
the throat.
52. Left foot forward, Left Outward Forearm Block, Right Inward Crescent Kick.
53. Left foot forward, Right Knifehand Block, Right Outward Crescent Kick.
54. Right foot back, Right Spinning Heel Kick to head, Right Drop Spinning Hook Kick to ankle.
55. Left Knifehand Block, Right Inward Knifehand Strike simultaneously grab opponent’s hand &
shoulder, falling backward with right foot bracing opponent’s body to throw backwards.
