) From ready position, turn 90 to left, left step out, left back stance, left and right arms rise to form a square, both hands in open in knife hands, palms facing away from your face, left arm vertical in front of you, right arm horizontal above your head (rising knife hand block). 2.) Turn 180 to right, right step out, right back stance, left and right arms rise to form a square, both hands in open in knife hands, palms facing away from your face, right arm vertical in front of you, left arm horizontal above your head (rising knife hand block). 3.) Turn 90 to left, left step out, left front stance, cross block down, both hands in fists, body leaning forward aligned with back leg, head aligned with the back. 4.) Right step forward, right front stance, double arm block. 5.) Keeping right foot fixed, lift left foot/knee while turning 90 to left, balancing on right foot, right hand in fist on right hip palm up, left hand in fist resting in hammer position on right fist. 6.) Left side kick, left upper target punch, stepping forward to left leading front stance, right forearm smash into open left hand. 7.) Turn 180 over right shoulder, right leading back stance, left hand in fist palm up on left hip, right hand in fist resting in hammer position on left fist. 8.) Slide left foot under body, raise right foot/knee, keeping left hand in fist palm up on left hip, right hand in fist resting in hammer position on left fist. 9.) Right side kick, right upper target punch, landing right leading front stance, left forearm smash into open right hand. 10.) Turn 90 to the left, into left leading front stance, left rising knife hand block, right knife hand attack palm up. 11.) Right front kick, hopping forward with right foot, landing on right foot, turning body 90 to the left, left foot crossing behind right, right hand back hand smash, left hand in fist palm up on left hip, giving a loud Utz. 12.) Turn 225 over left shoulder, left step out into left leading front stance, reaching out with both hands to grab opponents lapel. 13.) Right front kick, landing into right leading front stance, right middle target punch (complete on landing), left reverse middle target punch. 14.) Turn 90 to right into right leading front stance, reaching out with both hands to grab opponents lapel. 15.) Left front kick, landing in left leading front stance, left middle target punch (complete on landing), right reverse middle target punch. 16.) Turn 45 to left into left leading front stance, left double arm block. 17.) Right step forward to right leading front stance, right double arm block. 18.) Left step forward to left leading front stance, left double arm block. 19.) Holding feet in position, bring both hands in fists back to the hips. Then, reach out quickly with both hands (open) to grab behind your opponents neck. 20.) Bring both hands down while bringing the right knee up sharply (knee strike to opponents face), giving a loud Utz. While still balancing on left foot, turn 225 over left shoulder in left leading back stance, left knife hand block. 21.) Turn 90 to right, right step out to right leading back stance, right knife hand block.
