Target Audience: 2020 Batch passing out MCA & BE graduates from Computer Science, Information Systems
or Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, Telecommunication and Electrical & Electronics
branches.
Pre-requisites:
• Candidate must be an Indian citizen
• Minimum 60% marks or 6.3 CGPA in graduation (For Maharashtra University Candidates 55% and
above in graduation)
• Candidates should not have any backlogs for them to be eligible for participating in the hiring process.
• The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
• The candidate needs to be flexible to get allocated to any Mphasis operating location
• The candidate needs to be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be
allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
• The Candidate needs to be flexible to work on any role within Applications Tower of Mphasis –
Applications Development, Applications Testing, Application Production Support etc. as per business
requirement.
CTC Details: Annual Compensation Rupees 325,000 (Rupees three lakh twenty-five thousand only) Per
Annum. The CTC during the training period (initial three months only) will be Rupees 250,000 Per Annum.
Training agreement: Selected candidates must sign Training agreement at the time of joining to stay with the
company for minimum 24 Months from the date of joining. In case of default an amount of INR 100,000 in
full will be recovered from the employee.
Onboarding Timelines:
• The selected candidate will be on-boarded anytime between June 2020 and April 2021
• The selected candidates should have the below set of documents at the time of joining without fail
- All semester marks sheets and convocation certificate issued from the University, Aadhar card,
PAN card, passport
