Date: June 14, 2018

MINUTES:

The PTA Meeting was held last June 14, 2018 at exactly 9:00 a.m. Different topics and
concerns were presented and discussed such as the roles of the parents in educating
their children, students’ discipline, students’ assignment, school reading program in
school and at home, school uniform, students’ portfolio, no collection policy, card
distribution, suspension of classes due to typhoon. Among the concerns stated, the
students’ discipline was pointed out and emphasized by the teacher. The election of PTA
officers was also conducted right after all the agendas were discussed.

APPROVED AGENDA:

 Roles of the parents in educating their children


 Students’ discipline
 Students’ assignment
 School reading program in school and at home
 School uniform
 Students’ portfolio
 No collection policy
 Card distribution
 Suspension of classes due to typhoon
 Students’ insurance
