AN ORDINANCE ENACTED BY THE YES-O OF TAGGAT NORTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TAGGAT


NORTE, CLAVERIA, CAGAYAN IMPOSING FINES AND CHARGES TO CLASSROOMS IN THE
SEGRAGATION OF CELOPHANE WASTE MATERIALS BY THE SCHOOL.

BE IT ENACTED, into an ordinance the recommendation of Yes-O/ESWM of Taggat Norte


Elementary School that:

WHEREAS, it is publicly observed that cellophane waste materials used in wrapping or otherwise
are wittingly or unwittingly being scattered along the corridors;

WHEREAS, IN VIEW OF THE PERNCIOUS EFFECTS TO THE PUBLIC EYE, THERE IS NECESSITY TO
COLLECT SAID SCATTERED CELOPHANE WASTE MATERIALS BY THE SCHOOL.;WHEREAS, in their
collection, fines are sought to be imposed and collected by the school;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of the Yes-O Adviser/ESWM Adviser, Crelene B. Layus, duly seconded
by all the members present;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the YES-O Adviser/ESWM Adviser of Taggat Norte


Elementary School that fines and charges are hereby imposed and collected by the school in the
collection of cellophane waste materials in the amount of P10.00 for each classroom.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that this ordinance shall take effect on June 15,2018 after its
posting for (3) consecutive weeks at the Taggat Norte Elementary School .

Approved Unanimously.
