Startup Purpose

 In “Bhirav Tantra” book, lord shiva explains 112


meditation technique to parvati to attain Samadhi. Now
for spiritual seeker, they can find find best suitable
technique to understand human mechanism and achieve
higher state of consciousness to benefit their mental and
physical ability by trying different sadhana at one place
and that place will called “Ekashram”.
Problem

 Everyone wants stress free life and want to mental and


physical stability.
 But to be happy with outer material, one should
understand inner material also.
 Now at one ashram, some guru teaches sudarshan kriya,
shabhavi kriya, hath yoga, ashtang yoga or any other
meditation or yogic kriya.
 But no one knows which one will help them to attain
inner balance.
 Many gurus finds problem to get space in some cities.
Solution

 By this site and government help, we can built one ashram in


every city where all gurus from different schools of thought
and practice come and teach their kriya to seeker.
 By this in the certain time seeker can find the best meditation
or kriya for it’s inner mechanism.
 This site will provide them all program details with time and
benefits.
 It will help particular to our youth who will face mental and
physical problems due to stress and tension.
 Every guru or person who wants to teach kriya will get space
in ashram.
Market Size

 If you can see the future, it will be biggest market in the


world in coming years!!!!
 Every one need joy, happiness, peace in their life so each
one will definitely try once yoga or any dhyan kriya.
 My purpose not to earn money but for investors, this
information requires.
Competition

 Only with gurus who do not agree to


come under one roof for good cause…
Business Model

 Round the year yoga and meditation programs will held


by gurus and their disciple.
 Will take charges against program, food and
accommodation in ashram.
 Foreigners and NRI will find one stop solution in their
spiritual path.
Team

 Kavan Vaidya: B.E.(Mechanical,GTU), PGDBA(Marketing,

 I do not have any team particular. I am trying to find


incubator or state government to provide team or any IT
company who gets interest in this startup.
Needs or Finance

 I have to be clear about it. I do not have money to invest in it. So


I have an idea for fund and getting fast results for this startup:
 30% shares to all state government and central government so
that their will be less burden in terms of money and good to
cover all market area of India.
 30% shares to public holders so that they also invole in this
startup.
 33% shares to any IT related corporate house.(like TCS ,Infosys,
Wipro, Techmahindra)
 7% shares will be mine.
 By providing share to any IT company, startup automatically gets
the team to do work on it.
