with a damp washcloth to buff flakes and then applying a balm. Once it’s
absorbed, line the outer edges of your mouth with red pencil (use a shade that’s
slightly deeper than your lipstick), smudging it into the lip area as you go. Then
it’s lipstick time: Dedivanovic prefers sticks (try Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet in
Rouge Feu, $37) over crackly liquids. “You can mattify the texture even more by
