Advantages Antisol E-125 provides the following properties :
Reduces incidence of plastic cracking Minimises shrinkage Reduces dusting Non flammable Provides a labour saving method of ensuring all fresh concrete is cured properly
Coverage 0.15 – 0.20 kg/m2
Depending on wind, temperature, humidity and the roughness of concrete surface.
Instruction For Use
Surface Preparation The surface water of the newly laid concrete must have evaporated (between 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on temperature, etc.).
Application Stir well before use !
The Antisol E-125 has been designed for spray application to the newly laid concrete. A thin film of Antisol E-125 is applied to the whole surface using a hand or spray gun.
Important Remaining Antisol films have to be removed prior to application of any screed or coating. After application the treated are must be protected from rain for at least 2 – 3 hours.

1 Antisol® E-125 1/2
Important Notes To prevent clogging, regular cleaning of jet sprays during application is recommended Antisol E 125 can be sprayed using most common spraying equipment Antisol E 125 should NOT be overcoated with other coating or treatments. If material is to be applied over the top of surface treated with Antisol E 125, sand blasting or solvent treatment is recommended as surface preparation. Early application of Antisol E 125 will help prevent plastic shrinkage cracks from occurring by reducing the amount of water evaporating. Concrete curing compounds, however, will not counter the effects of cracking that may occur as a result of long term drying shrinkage. Standard concrete practice must be applied when positioning construction joints and shrinkage control joints.
Handling Avoid contact with skin, eyes and avoid breathing it’s vapour Precautions: Wear protective gloves and eye protection during work If skin contact occurs, wash skin thoroughly If in eyes open and flood with warm water.
