RECOMENDED FOR CONSOL CURE E is particularly useful in large areas of exposed concrete where a solar reflective membrane is preferred, such as: • Highways • Runways and taxiways • Aprons and hard standings • Rigid pavement • Concrete slabs • Car park
CONSOL CURE E is sprayed on to newly concrete surface to form a thin film barrier against premature water loss. Without disturbance to the normal setting action, the concrete is then allowed to cure and achieve maxi- mum properties.

Substrate Quality The surface water of the newly laid concrete must have evaporated (between ½ to 2 hours, depending on temperature, etc.)
Application Stirr well before use. CONSOL CURE E has been designed for spray application to the newly laid concrete. A thin film of CONSOL CURE E is applied to the whole surface using a hand or spray gun. Remaining CONSOL CURE E films have to be removed prior to application of any screed or coating. After application the treated are must be protected from rain for at least 2-3 hours.
LIMITATION • To prevent clogging, regular cleaning of jet sprays during application is
recommended. • CONSOL CURE E can be sprayed using most common spraying equipment. • Should not be overcoated with other coating or treatments. • If material is to be applied over the top of surface treated with CONSOL CURE E, sandblasting or solvent treatment is recommended as surface prepara- tion. • Early application of CONSOL CURE E will help prevent plastic shrinkage cracks from occurring by reducing the amount of water evaporation.
PRECAUTIONS • Avoid contact with skin, eyes and avoid breathing it’s vapour • Wear protective gloves and eye protection during work • If skin contact occurs, wash skin thoroughly • If in eyes open and flood with warm water.
