NicenSleazy reserves the right to cancel a gig at any time if
we feel there is just-cause for doing so.
Discrimination of any kind (racism, sexism, homophobia,
transphobia, ableism) will not be tolerated in this venue and if
you are made to feel unsafe, please contact a member of staff.
By confirming your booking with us you also confirm your
agreement with the following terms and conditions, unless
otherwise stipulated.
Hire prices (Refer to standard 4.30pm 11pm hire)
60 Sunday Thursday
100 Friday and Saturday
Hire Fees are only payable on the night of the event
Included in the deal is the following:
- Full use of the venue space.
- Full PA system (see technical spec)
- Our own in-house sound engineer
- Inclusion of the event in our monthly listings
We ask you to be responsible for:
- Organizing your own door-person to deal with people paying
in to the gig.
- Organizing FULL BACKLINE (amps, drum kits etc) between
the acts. We offer hire of a drumkit for 30.
- Promoting the show: Printing posters, flyers etc yourself.
- Organizing advance tickets, if necessary. (Tickets Scotland,
ticketweb, Eventbrite, bigcartel and brown paper tickets are all
good). We dont sell any tickets behind the bar, sorry.
- Gigs with over 4 bands must be approved before booking.
Gig itinerary
- Load in - 4.30pm
- Soundchecks start - 5pm
- Doors open - 7.30/8pm (please no earlier than 7.30pm!)
- Gig finish and begin load out - 11pm (gigs must finish
strictly by then to allow clubs to start at 11.30pm)
Earlier soundcheck / doors is available at an additional cost.
The Venue
- It is a STRICTLY over 18s venue. All guests must bring valid
ID (Drivers licence, passport) (Student cards are not accepted)
- Capacity is 180 (including guest-list)
- Rear access for load-in on Sauchiehall Lane (enter from 65
Elmbank Street) or main door on Sauchiehall Street
- Parking is free outside the venue after 6pm
- There is no allocated seating but there are tables and chairs
available. Tables can be used for display of merch.
- There is a bar serving drinks in the venue, but you can also
take down drinks from our upstairs bar
- We believe artists should be paid fairly for performing and
have a strict ban on pay to play systems in our venue
(wherein performers must hand over proportions of their ticket
sales to a promoter). If you have any questions regarding this,

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 24 hours before an event
Cancelling a night with us with anything less than 24 hours
notice will incur a required payment of the FULL hire fee as
agreed at the time of booking.
No Show
Failure for the acts or event organizer to attend the event
without prior notice will incur a required payment of
the FULL hire fee agreed at the time of booking. A no show will
also force us to question our trust in booking with/through you
in the future.
Cancellation within a week of the event
Cancelling a night within a week of an event will incur a
required payment of 65.
