finalized only 1 week before

and content.

For each criteria, most facilitators feel satisfied. However, bonding activities
need to be more well organized, especially with regards to time. The
atmosphere for model classes in the community room is not really
appropriate. However, the two rooms for model classes are quite far away
from each other, making the time for moving between classes longer than
expected. On top of that, facilitators need more training in time managing
and prepring contents for their assigned classes in order to maintain
programs schedule. One more thing to note is that 100% of the responses

agree that the volunteer activity does not fit the messages and goals of
YOFO even though the activity ran smoothly.

Some graphs representing guest speakers responses

It can be seen that most results range from 3 5 (moderate good). One
important thing is that guest speakers are very impressed with the
professionalism, enthusiasm and energy of organizing team, facilitators as
well as campers. Besides, the venue for the program is appropriate with the
intended content.
There are also some negative things about the program regardings
networking night:
-

Questions for guest speakers sharing session need to be prepare more

carefully and generalized so that every guest speaker can respond when
asked.
Cc bn tri vin vn cha cm thy t tin v c chun b k cng
c th kt ni tt hn vi khch mi.
Campers do not feel entirely confident and well prepared for networking
with guest speakers.

In the end, guest speakers list needs being finalized with high priority so
more time can be given to familiarizing guest speakers with the programs
content and goals.
