Having an impact in childrens life has always been something I have wanted throughout my life. Helped plan and teach lessons, guided reading groups, whole class reading and activities. I had the opportunity of having amazing mentor teachers that allowed me to advance my teaching skills and style by letting me bring my creativity to the table and take the initiative on many different occasions. Interest My preference would be to teach upper- grade level students that are departmentalized in the subjects of Math & Science. However, I am open to any teaching opportunity that will allow me to broaden and build my teaching strategies, skills, and style in a variety of different ways.
