I have over two years combined experience working with children and recently graduated from Arizona State University with my Bachelors of Art degree in Education coupled with my teacher certification. I am confident that my academic background and skills would be successfully utilized in this teaching position. I completed my student teaching and observation hours. Where I had the opportunity to develop and grow as a teacher. I have prepared lesson plans and participated in the teaching teams planning sessions. I created warm-up activities for the entire semester and numerous sets of flashcards for the students to study their vocabulary words. As well as engaging learning projects to interest the students My previous years of experience include teaching preschool children at The Adventure Preschool in Houston, Texas. Throughout the course of these experiences, I interacted with various aged children from diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.
