Goal Statement: To gain experience and knowledge as a professional nurse in the clinical setting by expanding my developing my skills and leadership practice in the acute care setting.

Apply to various hospitals prior to graduation during their new grad hire program application dates. Further my skills with continuing education by attending conferences and seeking in-house employment training.

healthcare facility, inquire about requirements and qualifications as a charge nurse. Enroll in continuing education courses that will help me to develop has an effective nursing leader.
Graduate with a BSN within
one year of starting program. Send my application to two schools in Tennessee that offer the BSN program.
