BONNET ASSEMBLY

3rd section to be made.

UPPER CHASSIS ASSEMBLY

2nd section to be made.

LOWER CHASSIS ASSEMBLY

1st section to be made.

Make sure to use sandpaper to round any sharp edges.

It may be easier to prime and paint faces of individual pieces of
timber before nailing and gluing together.
Use some oil and grease on the wheels, steering column, and
steering wishbones (arms) pivots.
Where possible use "lock-nuts" to secure bolts. "Lock-nuts" will
not loosen due to any vibration. "Lock-nuts" have a nylon insert in
the nut which will help prevent it loosen.
If any nails protrude/stick out, bend the nails back over flat.
It is possible to use screws to secure all the parts together,
however this can be slower and more costly than using nails.
To make a stronger build, it is recommended to use glue (PVA
wood glue) when securing parts together.
